- I am a Psychotherapist, Wellness Speaker, and mental health Author, and a member of the National Speakers Association. I am the co-author of a newly released self-help book, The Swiss Cheese Theory of Life: How to Get Through Life’s Holes Without Getting Stuck in Them! I have written also two other books for mental health professionals and trainers, as well as a wellness handbook used for corporate wellness programs. In my 35 year career, I have presented before thousands of people on various mental health and wellness issues. In my interactive keynotes, seminars and radio and TV appearances, I provide “hands on” ideas and life skills that improve resiliency and life satisfaction. I offer presentations and trainings for meetings and workplaces, and my corporate training business, Worksite Insights, offers corporate wellness seminars, coaching and consultation.
